Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co.,ltd is a state level big-scale enterprise group taking paper making as the main and thermal power and chemical industry as the concurrent. The Co. has assets of RMB 6.3 billion, 10000 employees, FBB making capacity of 300 thousand tons/year, offset and writing paper making capacity of 250 thousand tons/year, KLB making capacity of 150 thousand tons/year. Bohui Paper all along is one of the seven biggest paper co***ny in China, and one of the four biggest paper co***ny in Shandong Province. Right now we want to introduce our equipments of paper mill to you.
1, FBB paper project of making capacity of 300 thousand tons/year.
We bought the FBB paper machine from VOITH in Austria in 2002. The investment of this project total is RMB 1.5 billion, this FBB paper machine is the one of the best and biggest FBB machine in the world right now. The width of this machine is 5630 mm, the making capacity is 820 tons/day, 300 thousand tons/year. We are making FBB and SBS with ¡°Bohui Wang¡± brand, we can make them by sheets and rolls, the basis weight is from 150gsm to 450gsm. FBB and SBS can be used to pack the cigarettes, cosmetic, medicine, clothes, food, wine, phone, electronic etc.
This machine is a multiply board machine with four fourdriniers in wire section. Filler fourdrinier was equipped with VOITH¡¯s Module Jet headbox and control system plus with the DuoFomer D top former to ensure the optimum formation of the web. It is also the first installation in board machine in China. NipcoFlex press is the main feature in press section. By using the shoe press we can get highest bulk and dryness of the web at the outlet of press. Speedsizer and hard nip calendar was installed before coating. The four on line coaters can make double coating for both side of the web. After coating the board will pass through the double nip soft calendar to get optimum finishing of the board.
